VISA INFORMATION
We would like to remind you that visa applications can be a lengthy process; therefore please allow sufficient time to apply. Please ensure your passport is valid for at least 90 days. Should you require any assistance with obtaining a visa for your visit, please send us a scanned copy of your passport and proof of payment for the conference fee. We shall then provide you an invitation letter and send your information to the Ministry of Interior Kurdistan. You will then be able to collect your visa upon arrival in Erbil.
If you require visa, please ensure you apply before the 15th November 2012
Please Note: American, Canadian, Australian, UK & All EU citizens – You will then be able to collect your visa upon arrival in Erbil. Other nationalities please contact your respective foreign office to get specific instructions as to how to obtain a visa. After 19th November CWC will still be able to assist with an Invitation letter, however we will not be able to process your visa.
